Good, clear magnification, and doesn't feel as heavy as I had expected

Great to have a quality pair of 15x binoculars, and at a surprisingly-affordable price. Review by Paul Tanner (Posted on 6/10/2017)
Decent optics at a decent price
    Overall Score
I got these on sale, and am quite happy with them at the price. Clear images of the moon (but with no facility to filter it would be far too bright when full), and a nice wide view of the stars. On planets, Jupiter and three moons are an easy find with the planet showing as a clear disc and the moons as fine bright white points.

They're bulky, but that's simply to be expected - you just don't find x70s that you can hold up for any length of time yourself. Tripod is necessary for anything more than a brief look, and I recommend a nice stool as well.
