Frequently Asked Questions
Q:
What device is better for distance, clarity and over all performance? Yukon NV 5x60 or Yukon Exelon 3x50?
A:
In terms of clarity and overall performance, the Yukon Exelon 3x50 is significantly better given that it is a Gen 1+ instead of a Gen 1. Although the Gen 1+ is not the same as a Gen 2, the Gen 1+ produces images that are sharper, brighter and less noisy compared to a Gen 1.
The Yukon NV 5x60 however would perform slightly better in terms of distance due to the larger lens and magnification. The larger lens also means that it is slightly brighter compared to the Exelon.

Q:
I am interested in buying the Yukon NV 5x60 Night Vision Monocular, I would like to know if there is any available head gear for this model?
A:
This item does not have an available headgear option as this unit has a 5x zoom, and the image you see would be out of perspective. Headgear would only really be useful if you intended on standing still while using the device.
