Frequently Asked Questions
Q:
What do I need to connect my Fuji pix HS10 digital camera to the Saxon 909az3 Telescope to do astrophotography?
A:
Connecting a large Digital Camera to a Telescope can be fairly tricky. The best option is to try our Digital Camera Adapters (http://www.ozscopes.com.au/universal-digital-camera-adaptor-large-saxon.html). They are designed primarily for smaller Digital Cameras but you can purchase that to see if it works, if it does not fit, you can send it back with all the original packaging for a refund (less shipping).
Alternatively, what other customers have done is that they have mounted their camera on a separate tripod and aligned it in front of the Eyepiece (The digital camera adapter does the same thing by Clamping the camera do the Eyepiece).

Q:
How do I attach my Canon 400D for astrophotography please?
A:
To attach your 400D to most telescopes you will need the following:
T-Ring (for Canon mount)
http://www.ozscopes.com.au/celestron-t-ring-for-35-mm-canon-eos-camera.html
This ring is attached to the body of your camera.
T-adapter
http://www.ozscopes.com.au/celestron-t-adapter-universal-1-25-in.html
Fit the adapter into the telescope focuser.
These two will fit the camera to the telescope's eyepiece holder nicely.
