WIFI Controlled Star Discovery Mount
SkyWatcher Star Discovery Mount is now moving its huge step to WIFI controlled feature. By using the Synscan Wi-Fi module, the telescope can be controlled wirelessly with your smartphone or tablet by using the free SynScan App for iOS or Android. Featuring the Sky-Watcher’s Freedom-Find patented Dual-Encoder Technology, the telescope can be moved manually in either axis without the mount losing its positional information. Aims to help beginners to discover the dark sky efficiently and fulfil passion towards Astronomy.

The Wi-Fi module comes with it own Wi-Fi network allowing users to control the mount without any reliance on other WiFi networks. Simply enter the coordinates into the SynScan App in your device and follow a simple alignment procedure, you are ready to explore the sky. The SynScan App provides full computerised GO-TO control to the mount, allowing your telescope to be automatically slewed to any one of the objects in the App’s extensive database of 10,000+ celestial objects.
