    A very impressive product
    Overall Score
My first encounter with Red Dot finders,(not a Baader) was a disaster, the finder could not cope with the dew forming on it and would not work after that.
This one doesn't seem to mind the dew.
Once aligned its in a firm position and only may require realigning if removed from the telescope.
The red Dot is sharp and its intensity is controlled.
The windage and of on switches are on opposite sides so there is no confusion as with other finders.
Having two tubes it makes for accurate viewing.
I think this is superior to the optical finders on my Celestron CPC and Dobsonion and am looking at replacing them with this product.

Overall performs as expected. Power switch was intermittent at first turn on but actuating it a few times seems to have fixed it. Multiple mounting options a bonus. Review by Kevin Sharp (Posted on 6/10/2017)
Best Value RDF On The Market
    Overall Score
I don't think you can go past this RDF for price vs quality. Not only does it come with a variety of mounting options out of the box, it boasts convenient adjustment dials (rather than the screw adjustments that others have). I have it mounted on an Explore Scientific refractor to compliment the RACI finder scope. It's an unbeatable combination for star hopping. If you're in the market for a red dot finder, stop looking at the expensive ones and buy the Baader Sky Surfer III. I did a lot of research before buying this one and now that I've used it for a while can say that I'm completely happy with my purchase. Finally, the level of service from Oz Scopes was excellent. Easy to fit lots of mounting options supplied with it.
    Works perfectly just as described.
Very handy for zeroing in on brighter objects.

For beginners this really is a must .
    Overall Score
I was very much put off the idea of a sighting scope type finder as usually it means standing on ones head to look up the thing while trying to move the telescope in the right direction.
Taking into account that many give an inverted vision this can be quite tricky.
This red dot finder might not find all the some what dimmer stars, but as a beginner
I don't think many of us actually go looking for the small dim objects to start with.
This for me is a much better idea and is easy to set up with the telescope to begin with,
there is even a video to assist!
The idea of the videos are also worth a mention because they are usually well thought out and simple to follow, like the one on setting the telescope mirrors up with a laser,
I found this very helpful but had l little trouble with an over sized oriental person who had tightened one of the screws up that tight one needed a crowbar to shift it!!!

Received the goods in excellent order and as described. Great product at a very good price, great service, fast shipping and great communication.
These Finder Scopes are brilliant, can't believe I struggled with a standard 5x24 Finder Scope for so long when these things are out there.
We have bought from OZScopes before and will continue to deal with you.
    Well done, great Company.
