Yukon 5x42 digital nv ranger video package - Review by Russell
Great value for the price . Video quality adequate for general identification at night . No set focus. Cant find a strap to house recorder. If you want to video the stars or animals at night and can't afford the top of the line stuff, this product is a great start to infrared night video. Apart from the dangling video chord and recorder unit , I love it .

Yukon Ranger is a winner - Review by Damien Taylor
This is my first step into the world of night vision and I must say it was a positive one. The Yukon Ranger is extremely easy to use with a basic ON/OFF button, IR
illumination Button and a + , - Button to set the level of IR Intensity. It also has video out to add to the video kit you can record your observations.
Fantastic Value for money. (Posted on 25/01/10)

Frequently Asked Questions
Q:
I want to buy Yukon 5x42 Night Vision Binocular Digital NV Ranger Video Kit, or any other model with range of more than 5Km.
A:
Unfortunately, the maximum range our best model of night vision device can reach is 600m. I don't believe that there's any night vision device that's available to the public that can reach near 5km! The night vision devices that we, and other public retailers sell, to the public are Gen 1 + Gen 2 and these can only reach a certain range. Our best one, the Yukon 5x42 Night Vision Binocular Digital NV Ranger Pro (http://www.ozscopes.com.au/yukon-5x42-night-vision-binocular-digital-nv-ranger-pro.html) can reach 600m. Any more than that, I believe, is military-grade night vision that's unavailable for public purchase.
