The Steiner Nighthunter XP 8x44 are a set of binoculars with rare parameters. With 8x magnification and the objective lens’ diameter amounting to 44 mm, you've got an exit pupil as large as 5.5 mm. It’s also the first Steiner device with the Comfort Balance System, that offering a better-shaped, firmer grip. In other XP binoculars we deal with an individual focusing system; in the case of the 8x44 device a central focusing wheel has been utilised. The 44 mm series consists of first Nighthunter binoculars built with a roof prism system.
