    The SkyWatcher Black Diamond BD2001POTA OTA Reflector Telescope is one of the most versatile OTA telescopes we have. With a 200mm aperture and a lightweight body, you can carry it anywhere to stargaze anytime.

    The Reflector Advantage
    Reflector telescopes use a combination of mirrors to focus and magnify images for viewing. These mirrors are generally easier to produce than precision lenses of the same size, giving it an edge in the price department for consumers. Almost all high powered astronomical telescopes of note use a variation of the reflector concept.

    Premium Imaging Performance
    The paraboloidal primary mirror works in conjunction with the secondary mirror that is designed to reduce diffraction spikes and enhance light transmission. The 200mm aperture provides a huge amount of light gathering power that is perfect for deep space observation.

    Optical Tube Assemblies are designed for use with a variety of compatible mounts.
