Description

Nikon Aculon A211 7x35 Binoculars
Previously known as Nikon Action 7x35 CF Binocular BAA650AA

The Nikon Aculon 7x35 CF binoculars utilises aspherical eyepiece lenses to eliminate image distortion – thus providing you with a lightweight package with a sophisticated design.

Built with rubber armouring for shock-resistance and a firm, comfortable grip, the multilayer lenses and large objective diameter provides you with optimal levels of image clarity.

With a close focusing distance of 5m, the optics of the Nikon Aculon 7x35 CF F are made with eco-glass, free of lead and arsenic. The Nikon Aculon 7x35 CF can be affixed to a tripod with an optional tripod adaptor.

The Nikon Aculon 7x35 CF are ideal for use during mountaineering, camping, hiking, nature-watching, birdwatching, spectator sport, fishing, hunting, and are suitable for eyeglass wearers. The large aperture size also allows this pair to be used for astronomy.

Nikon Aculon Series

The Nikon Aculon series of binoculars span from a wide range of models, from standard to ultra-wide view. Most models in the Aculon series utilise BaK-4 (Barium/Potassium) prisms, providing the maximum amount of light transmission, and bright views even in low light conditions. The multi-coated lenses of the Nikon Aculon series provide sharp images, and diopter adjustments makes viewing strain-free.

An environmentally friendly choice of optics, they are made with lead and arsenic free Eco-Glass. They come with a case, neckstrap and lens covers, and all Nikon sport optics are covered by the company 25-year limited warranty, and a no-fault repair/replacement policy.

The only thing I didn't like was the carry strap, it would be better with a clip attachment to the binoculars, I ended up putting my own thin leather strap on.

These binoculars are sturdy and very accurate. Great for bird watching. Though not compact, they are great for the backpack and feel easy on the eye area. They adjust to different sized faces which is great for the entire family to make use of.

Cons: Little bulky to wear, May encourage you to buy a big telescope!

FAQ

Q:
Nikon Action 7x35 CF - What does the CF stand for?
A:
CF = Central Focusing. This is opposed to: IF = Individual Focus Central focusing binoculars have a main focusing knob which will adjust both eyepiece, and allows individual adjustment of the right eyepiece only. Individual Focusing binoculars require both eyepiece to be adjusted individually.
