I want to Purchase this case for my 8SE telescope.Do you have to Custom Cut the inside foam to fit the Telescope in, or is there already moulds in there for it to fit straight in. Does the tripod also fit in there?
A:
The foam has not been cut and will either have to be custom cut or cut by yourself to fit the Telescope. It is designed to fit a range of 8" SCT Telescopes.
Unfortunately, the case is designed to only fit the Tube. However, there may be enough room if the foam is cut correctly to fit both.
